AfroModTrends is affordable luxury clothing and accessories brand. It was established in August 2011 with a retail outlet opened in Osu, Accra in February 2013. From casual tops and skirts to chic dresses to fabulous glitzy gowns, there is something for every woman of every age. This allows all to appreciate the line of clothing that caters to their intelligence, creativity and individuality, while keeping with its great quality, affordability and African uniqueness.

At AfroModTrends, we believe Fashion can be used as a tool to impact society positively. Beyond the glamour and sophistication, Fashion can greatly be used as a medium for positive, progressive societal change as it transcends race, age, class etc. We have dubbed this concept as ‘Fashion for change’ and it is at the very core of our business as we strive to take an active role in poverty reduction and sustainable livelihood creation by contributing to support causes which make a difference in society.

To date, we have rallied support through a Reading Club project and a Career fair for public basic schools; a Health seminar and the facelift of a Women and Children’s Rehabilitation center and most recently a fundraising run to support an Educational fund for the children of the Rehab center as part of National Volunteers Day 2015.
